Job Description

SkyBridge Tactical is a Prime Contractor for MSOFS and a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Tampa, FL, founded in 2008 to support our customers' global security, operational and training needs, focusing on mission success in the most challenging environments. SBT current contracts address U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Department of State (DoS) demand for highly skilled professionals to solve problems in the interest of national security.

Dive Medical Support Administrator

SkyBridge Tactical is seeking an experienced Dive Medical Support Administrator to support a government customer in the Little Creek/Virginia Beach, Virginia area. The successful candidate will serve as a clinic front-desk medical administrator, managing medical records, clinic administration, and readiness reporting in support of high-risk diving operations. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Primary duties

Support the command's medical department by managing and coordinating military health care delivery systems and operations.
Perform administrative tasks related to military health care delivery programs.
Assist in preparing the Medical Department for periodic inspections and assessments.
Provide administrative and clerical support for routine Medical Department tasks.
Ensure correspondence, messages, and reports are timely, accurate, and properly transmitted.
Maintain an internal tracking system for documents related to in-garrison health care and operational medical readiness.
Support administrative aspects of clinical, occupational, preventive medicine, and emergency medical services, including patient visits, vaccinations, audiograms, lab testing, vision screenings, EKGs, pre/post-deployment health assessments, annual physicals, TB risk assessments, and hearing conservation screenings.
Maintain departmental logs, including daily muster, sick call, immunization, HIV screening, physical exams, OTC medications, binnacle report, medical department journal, and accident/injury reports.
Schedule and check in patients; file treatment, lab, and radiology records in members' military health records; verify and maintain health records.
Manage and update the Medical Readiness Reporting System (MRRS), CHCS, and AHLTA; track completion of Electronic Deployment Health Assessments (EDHAs).
Serve as assistant liaison for referrals, appointments, and medical-related claims.

Minimum qualifications

Active SECRET security clearance at the time of employment.
Valid state driver's license.
Valid U.S. passport.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Administration.
AHIMA certification, or completion of a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited Medical Assistant program.
HIPAA certified, with ability to maintain HIPAA compliance certification.
Practical knowledge of clinic procedures, medical record accountability, medical terminology, computerized data entry, and systems such as MHS Genesis and MRRS.
Ability to move equipment weighing 10–20 lbs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening.

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience supporting Naval Special Warfare or a comparable Special Operations Forces organization.
Experience with CHCS and AHLTA in an operational or garrison medical setting.
Experience supporting hyperbaric or dive-medicine programs.
Employment details

Full-time position.
Onsite in Little Creek/Virginia Beach, VA.
No travel required.

Employment is contingent upon contract award, customer approval, clearance verification, and satisfaction of all position requirements.
Anticipated compensation: Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and security-clearance status, and consistent with applicable Service Contract Act wage-determination requirements. Final compensation will also depend on contract award and available contract funding. Benefits are offered separately in accordance with company policy and applicable contract requirements.
