Programmatic Administration Support Specialist
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking an experienced Programmatic Administration Support Specialist to support a government customer in the Little Creek/Virginia Beach, Virginia area. The successful candidate will provide administrative, workflow-management, and clerical support to ensure seamless daily site operations, accurate technical reporting, and effective Sailor pay and personnel support. This is a full-time, onsite position.
Primary duties
Draft, format, and route technical reports, official correspondence, and contract deliverables (CDRLs) in accordance with the Department of the Navy Correspondence Manual (SECNAV M-5216.5).
Maintain and audit centralized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring version control and secure handling of sensitive data.
Process Visit Authorization Requests (VARs) via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or successor systems.
Manage visitor control, coordinate contractor onboarding/offboarding, and maintain up-to-date site access rosters.
Provide Sailor Pay and Personnel Support using CPPA Toolbox SOPs and applications.
Maintain familiarity with PAYPERS policy references and MNCC "CPPA Resources."
Attend all scheduled CPPA training, or arrange to receive training information via alternate means if unable to attend.
Review documents and information routed between Sailors and supporting TSC/RSC to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Protect Sailors' Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in every action; report any PII spillage immediately.
Minimum qualifications
Active SECRET security clearance at the time of employment.
Valid state driver's license.
Minimum of 5 years of collective experience within the last 10 years performing Pay, Personnel Specialist, and administrative functions in support of the U.S. Navy or an equivalent DoD agency.
Experience working with Navy correspondence and administrative reports, including performance reports.
Ability to obtain access to EUCFR, MMPA, SalesForce, NSIPS, FLTMPS, BOL, and MyNavy HR.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, verbally and in writing, in English.
Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening.
Preferred qualifications
Prior experience supporting Naval Special Warfare or a comparable Special Operations Forces organization.
Experience with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or successor systems.
Experience preparing and routing CDRLs and formal Navy correspondence.

Employment is contingent upon contract award, customer approval, clearance verification, and satisfaction of all position requirements.
Anticipated compensation: Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and security-clearance status, and consistent with applicable Service Contract Act wage-determination requirements. Final compensation will also depend on contract award and available contract funding. Benefits are offered separately in accordance with company policy and applicable contract requirements.
