As the Contractor Supply Support Specialist & Property Book Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, tracking, and safeguarding military assets under federal and military regulations. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that leverages your expertise in DoD property systems and offers direct exposure to critical logistics operations. [Responsibilities] - Manage and maintain official property tracking databases, such as DPAS and GCSS-Army - Oversee the full asset lifecycle from acquisition through final disposition - Conduct comprehensive physical, cyclic, and sensitive item inventories - Match serial, NSN, and part numbers for precise asset accountability - Generate and track sub-hand receipts, loans, and component listings - Inspect shipments, verify documentation, and coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing equipment - Manage local warehouses and storage yards, ensuring efficient operations - Research, document, and draft investigation packets for missing or damaged property (FLIPL) - Advise unit personnel while adhering to strict FAR and military supply chain protocols [Required Skills and Experience] - Active DoD Secret Clearance (required on Day 1) - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent military experience (92Y/92A, USAF 25, Navy LS) - Minimum 4 years' experience in military supply room operations, warehouse logistics, or property book management - Expert proficiency with DPAS and/or GCSS accounting systems - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in non-climate-controlled warehouse environments [Preferred Skills] - Advanced knowledge of FAR and military supply regulations - Strong analytical and inventory reconciliation skills - Attention to detail for property book accuracy - Effective communication with military and civilian personnel [Benefits] - Opportunity to directly support national defense initiatives - Career growth within the defense logistics and property management field - Collaborative and mission-focused work environment - Exposure to advanced DoD logistics systems and protocols [How to Apply] Ready to advance your career in defense logistics?
