Job Description:
MGPGS is seeking a Denodo Technical Consultant in the energy sector helps oil, gas and utility companies connect, manage and secure scattered data using Denodo's data virtualization platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data integration: Connects smart grids, IoT sensors, operational systems, and cloud data lakes without moving or copying the raw files.
- Logical Data Warehouses: Build unified data views for real-time reporting on energy production, distribution, and consumption.
- Federated Governance: Applies uniform security and compliance rules across hybrid and multi-cloud systems to protect sensitive infrastructure data.
- Advanced Analytics: Powers AI, machine learning, and business intelligence tools with live data to optimize eco-centric and smart grid operations.
Required Skills:
- Denodo Platform: Deep knowledge of data virtualization, VQL (Virtual Query Language) and performance tuning.
- Energy Domain Context: Understanding of SCADA data, smart meters, or operational technology (OT) alongside enterprise IT data.
- Cloud & Hybrid Architecture: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud alongside on-premises data centers.
