- You will serve as a senior workforce development analyst for CNRMC, providing the planning and oversight for all RMC workforce development programs.
- You will be responsible for the successful accomplishment of the command's training and development mission which includes development and management for career- level training and career development programs.
- You will be responsible for the development, execution, implementation, management, and sustainment of the Workforce Development Program; designed to train and maintain proficiency for all RMC/IMF personnel across the Regional Maintenance Centers.
- You will be responsible for the development and execution of organizational training plans, development and execution of training budgets, and coordination of logistics and operations to support programs in support of workforce development programs.
- You will propose, recommend and initiate programs and projects supporting the training and development command mission and recommend changes in the training and development operating programs.
- You will lead long-range planning for evolving programs, advising management on prospective modifications and directing the implementation of approved changes.
- You will analyze new or revised workforce development program guidance and material system early in the development cycle to determine funding and resource requirements for compliance.

- You will partner and synchronize with senior training personnel within NAVSEA headquarters, RMCs, and at other government organizations to maximize program ensure greater participation and alignment.
