Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Systems & Workflow Optimization Specialist to enhance our quality compliance systems through improved digital workflows, automation, and custom tool development. The ideal candidate is a SharePoint expert with strong modern coding capabilities, data analytics experience, and a proven ability to streamline processes in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced SharePoint solutions, including custom sites, workflows, forms, and SPFx components
Map and redesign digital workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen quality compliance
Build automation scripts and custom tools using Python, Power Automate, and other modern platforms
Develop dashboards and reporting systems in Power BI and Tableau
Create user-friendly internal applications using Power Apps and UX/UI best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into digital solutions
Lead change management efforts, user onboarding, documentation creation, and training
Support data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and root cause analysis
Ensure tools and workflows meet standards for regulated industries such as aerospace or manufacturing
Required Experience
5-8 years in SharePoint development or similar IT/business systems roles
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred
Technical Skills
Expert-level SharePoint development and administration
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
SharePoint REST APIs and JSON customizations
Python scripting for automation, cleaning, and reporting
Power BI: visualization, data modeling, DAX fundamentals, AI insights
Tableau dashboard development
Advanced Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, macros/VBA, dashboards
Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, Planner, Forms, Lists, OneDrive, Outlook, Copilot
Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate
AI-enhanced workflows and prompt engineering fundamentals
SQL basics and data modeling concepts
UX/UI design for internal tools
Strong process mapping, documentation, and SOP development
Business Skills
Process optimization and workflow redesign
Requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
Project management and prioritization
Change management and user training
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision support
