The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer III on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Support critical application's development team within the federal government
- Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists on the latest materializations to the application, leveraging AI to create API endpoints for data ingest with partner agencies, modernize front-end UI frameworks, and help users to more efficiently navigate the application
- Dive into software development and collaborate with a talented team, tackle challenging tasks, and make a real impact
- Effective time management skills and is comfortable working collaboratively with other developers
- Experience investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical bugs and issues
- Experience in working within an Agile Scrum team environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing project priorities and requirements
- JIRA experience for task tracking and project delivery

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Top Secret clearance
- 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer with Angular, Node.js, and Java
- 3+ JavaScript/Typescript, Jenkins, and Gitlab experience
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
