Job Description

Work You'll Do

As a Project - Program Analytics & Insights Evaluator IIon the project, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the design and implementation of large, multi-site evaluations of public health grant programs
  • Developing and refining evaluation frameworks, logic models, research questions, and evaluation plans aligned with program goals and stakeholder priorities
  • Designing and developing data collection tools, including survey instruments, interview guides, focus group discussion guides, and program reporting templates
  • Conducting and supporting data collection activities such as document reviews, interviews, focus groups, online surveys, document reviews, and systematic review of program reports
  • Conducting quantitative analyses using appropriate descriptive, inferential, and other analytic methods to assess program implementation, outcomes, trends, and performance
  • Conducting qualitative analyses of interview, focus group, open-ended survey, and program report data using appropriate coding, thematic analysis, and synthesis methods
  • Visualizing and communicating data through tables, charts, dashboards, and presentations that clearly convey findings and implications
  • Synthesizing key findings across data sources and prepare comprehensive and summary reports that share results, recommendations, and implications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing technical assistance on evaluation design, data collection methods, data quality, data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Managing and analyzing large sets of performance measurement data, synthesize key findings, and prepare comprehensive and summary reports to share findings and recommendations with stakeholder

Qualifications
Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in designing and conducting public health program evaluation studies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Preferred:

  • Experience using qualitative data analysis software (e.g. MaxQDA, NVivo)
  • Advanced degree in a public health discipline
  • Experience supporting federal health programs
  • Experience in engaging with clients, eliciting requirements, and implementing analytics and visualization solutions
