Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) Mode Instructor

Position Overview

Integrity ISR is seeking experienced Airborne Cryptologic Certification Training (ACCT) Mode Instructors to train and certify 361 ISRG personnel in Modes 1, 2, and 3, with future expansion into emerging mission modes. This position is critical to maintaining operational excellence in ISR and SIGINT mission support.

The selected candidate will lead initial qualification and recertification training, develop and maintain training materials, support certification requirements, and help shape the next generation of Tactical Systems Operators (TSOs).

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Certification
  • Deliver instruction as an ISR/SIGINT Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Conduct initial qualification and recertification courses
  • Provide classroom instruction, practical evaluations, and certification assessments
  • Proctor examinations and certification events
  • Track and implement changes to certification standards and requirements
Curriculum Development
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials supporting intelligence tradecraft, mission objectives, and training standards
  • Create and update lesson plans, presentations, and curriculum materials
  • Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems
  • Maintain training content within designated training systems, including AGILE and Training Development Capability (TDC)
Mission Support
  • Create and update TSE Aircrew Training Device scenarios aligned with approved training objectives
  • Coordinate with tacticians, operational SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure curriculum reflects current mission requirements
  • Review emerging policy, doctrine, and operational guidance for incorporation into training materials
  • Support the development of advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for emerging technologies
  • Collaborate across the 361 ISRG, subordinate units, and Intelligence Community partners


Required Qualifications
Clearance
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with a portion of that experience occurring within the last two years
  • Previous A-STG Operator experience
  • Experience supporting ISR, SIGINT, or airborne cryptologic operations
  • Thorough understanding of Tactical Systems Operator (TSO) missions and certification processes
Certifications
  • Certified as a Mode Instructor in at least one of Modes 1-3
  • Certified as an Operator in at least two of Modes 1-3
  • Ability to obtain Instructor Certification in all three Modes
Education
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university

OR
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus an additional five (5) years of related senior-level experience (15 years total experience)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to review, assess, and improve analytical products and training materials
  • Strong understanding of intelligence tradecraft and analytic methodologies

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior aircrew experience
  • SIGINT systems operational experience
  • Experience with high-value target analysis databases
  • Previous intelligence training development experience
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community training programs
  • Experience developing curriculum, lesson plans, and certification programs

Successful candidates should demonstrate:
