  • Maintain appropriate separation between program reporting and confidential coach-client information

  • Prepare program status reports, implementation materials, meeting documentation, performance summaries, and executive briefings

  • Identify scheduling, staffing, service-quality, confidentiality, or performance concerns and coordinate corrective action

  • Maintain timely communication with DOT and Navanti leadership

  • Support coach onboarding, staffing continuity, succession planning, and surge-capacity management

  • Ensure program activities comply with applicable contract requirements, privacy requirements, and professional coaching standards

  • Experience managing an executive-coaching, leadership-development, mentoring, training, or human-capital program

  • Experience coordinating professional coaches, consultants, facilitators, trainers, or subject-matter experts

  • Experience administering participant intake, matching, scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting
