ECS's Tactical Aircraft (TACAIR) product line has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join the International Electronic Warfare portfolio with an emphasis supporting the Digital Electronic Warfare System (DEWS) team. The TACAIR Product Line has been growing rapidly in the international space based on the strong positions with DEWS and EPAWSS is looking for a dynamic individual to join us and continue to build that legacy.
The F-15 DEWS program manager will have the opportunity to lead key projects across all phases of a program lifecycle, including modernization, development, and sustainment, as well as strategic proposal/capture efforts across the portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong affinity with our mission of "We Protect Those Who Protect Us ®" and embrace a "One Team" collaborative environment across all functions with the objective to deliver on our commitment to provide critical EW system capabilities to the F-15 and the warfighter. This role will be based in Nashua, NH. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
Manages, coordinates, plans, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes a projects or collection of projects. Ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. May require travel to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Japan.

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Lead through inspiration and encouragement and foster a culture of innovative problem solving, performance excellence, and continuous improvement on the program team to deliver affordable, effective, and dependable outcomes.
- Demonstrate a leading role in promoting adherence to the company's ethical standards and business practices; ensure compliance with the BAE Systems Operational Assurance Framework and all other policies and requirements; provide for good stewardship of the assets of the business.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management and/or with functional activities related to the program lifecycle, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
