OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Risk Management Framework Project Manager to support the RMF program DIA by planning, coordinating, controlling, and reporting RMF and Assessment and Authorization activities across an assigned portfolio.

We are seeking a Risk Management Framework Project Manager to support the RMF program DIA by planning, coordinating, controlling, and reporting RMF and Assessment and Authorization activities across an assigned portfolio.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Converts Government and program priorities into executable plans
- Works directly with senior Government leaders (GG-14 level and above)
- Coordinates system owners, program offices, cybersecurity personnel, assessors, authorizing stakeholders, and contractor teams
- Ensures schedules, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and leadership briefings remain current and decision-ready
- Owns scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, budget tracking, and delivery governance
- Maintains project plans, RAID logs, decision records, action trackers, and status reporting
- Facilitates stakeholder alignment, working sessions, reviews, and executive briefings
- Coordinates RMF, A&A, technical, security, program-office, customer, and contractor workstreams
- Manages change control, acceptance criteria, deliverables, and project closeout
- Escalates risks and decisions early with clear options, impacts, and recommendations
- Working knowledge of RMF, NIST standards, SA&A processes, DoD cybersecurity policies
- Experience using project management tools (Microsoft Project, Xacta, SharePoint, etc.)
- Understanding of RMF and A&A lifecycle activities and decision points
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community security requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior Government stakeholders
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-ready briefings and reports
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for dependency and risk management
- Effective facilitation and stakeholder coordination across technical and non-technical teams
- Lead or contribute to security initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination
- Manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships
- Work effectively in classified environments
- Maintain compliance with classified information protection requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, ITIL, or relevant cybersecurity certification preferred
- No certification mandatory if candidate demonstrates equivalent experience and capability
- Possess a Bachelor's degree
- 12 years of experience in addition to education.
