BACKGROUND
The U.S. Department of State is the lead institution for the conduct of American diplomacy, & the Secretary of State is the President's principal foreign policy advisor. Programming strengthens legislative & regulatory frameworks; builds law enforcement, prosecutorial, & financial investigative capabilities; expands cross-border digital evidence sharing & cryptocurrency tracing skills; & enables coordinated international action to dismantle cybercriminal infrastructure & money laundering networks.
