Job Description

Markon is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Naval Nuclear Laboratory's Facility Design organization at the Knolls site. This position will work within a project team environment supporting various construction projects and assisting project engineers with the administration, organization, and maintenance of critical project documentation.

NOTE: This position requires regular onsite work at the Knolls location and may be performed remotely up to 20% of the time. An active DOE L clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a project team environment to support various construction projects at the Knolls site.
  • Assist project engineers with the administration and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Maintain updated project submittal logs.
  • Route project submittals to appropriate stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Maintain current and accurate project SharePoint pages.
  • Maintain updated project record drawings resulting from project changes.
  • Maintain updated project specifications resulting from project changes.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Must have an active DOE L clearance to be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Desired:
  • Experience working within project teams in the construction industry.


Salary Range

USD $120,000.00 - USD $127,000.00 /Yr.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
