  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience advising VP+ business leaders or engineering directors on cross-functional alignment, managing program content and execution workstreams for corporate events or sales kickoffs.
  • Experience with modern cloud architectures and generative AI deployment models.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience designing, and packaging repeatable sales motions, playbooks, and multi-tier learning programs within regulated government and public sector markets.
  • Active, or the ability to obtain, a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, or solutions engineering.
  • Experience scaling enablement capabilities within a fast-growth environment.
  • Experience leading corporate events and high-impact programs, such as sales kickoffs.
  • Expertise in translating complex product requirement documents, and technical system architectures into structured learning journeys, lab sandboxes, and customer-facing technical training.
  • Deep familiarity with modern cloud architectures and generative AI deployment models.

About the job

As the Enablement Leader for Google Public Sector (GPS), you will deliver performance across technical and business teams while ensuring the seamless execution of contractual customer training commitments. Operating at the intersection of instructional design, product excellence, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, you will manage a high-performing team responsible for delivering scalable learning systems to Sales and Customer Engineering, while directing the content and execution strategy for our annual sales kickoff event.

In this role, you will partner with executive business leaders to design and deliver tailored programs that empower our GTM organization and align stakeholders to business goals. You will oversee the full life-cycle of GPS enablement programs, processes, systems, and content. This lifecycle includes providing GPS-specific input on core Google enablement, tailoring corporate programs to unique GPS needs, and building net-new curriculum from the ground up. Additionally, your team will develop specialized course content, including lab, to fulfill contractual training commitments. Ultimately, your mission is to accelerate time-to-productivity across our GTM organization while consistently delivering on custom customer training commitments.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $233000 - $324000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop an enablement team, setting priorities, clear expectations, and managing continuous professional growth.
  • Define and execute an end-to-end technical and business content strategy, including specialized curricula, documentation, and labs.
  • Oversee core enablement programs and infrastructure, including annual sales kickoffs, sales bootcamps, and the GPS Hub.
  • Partner with executive leadership across Product, Engineering, and GTM to align enablement with product releases and bridge knowledge gaps.
  • Measure and optimize enablement program impact using key performance metrics.
