Job Description



As an Associate Analyst working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will be assigned to support Naval fleet readiness and ship modernization.

This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program
  • Conducts program plan studies
  • Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements
  • Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met
  • Regularly practice business acumen and perform assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of technical, schedule, performance and contractual objectives
  • Keep upper management informed regarding program status and any technical, cost, schedule, or administrative problems within assigned programs
  • Establish, maintain, and promote good customer relationships
  • Ensure the coordination of work tasks with customer representatives
  • Ensure customers are informed on status and progress of assigned technical programs


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, business administration or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development and administration of government projects
  • Must have advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with normal proficiency in other Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, Visio, and Project
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
