As a PROJECT - Data Management Engineer II on the analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and sustaining data pipelines and reporting solutions across multiple platforms and stakeholders.

Work you'll do
As a PROJECT - Data Management Engineer II on the analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and sustaining data pipelines and reporting solutions across multiple platforms and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain analytics solutions across cloud and enterprise data platforms
- Build and maintain medallion architecture tables, curated datasets, and automated extract transform load (ETL) pipelines for downstream reporting and analytics
- Migrate local Python/pandas workflows into scalable data pipelines and develop dashboards for business and operational reporting
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, validation, publishing, and quality checks to support accurate and maintainable outputs
- Support Agile delivery activities, document technical logic and assumptions, troubleshoot issues, and implement minor enhancements based on user feedback

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or a business or technical field
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data management, including experience with Palantir Foundry and Databricks
- Experience migrating Python/pandas workflows into Databricks and developing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards, curated datasets, medallion architecture tables, and extract transform load (ETL) pipelines
- Experience supporting Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, testing, and issue resolution
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting federal or Department of Defense programs
- Experience with data governance, data validation, and technical documentation
- Experience building Databricks-based analytics pipelines and automated reporting solutions
- Experience supporting operational reporting and mission-focused analytics
