Job Description
The Senior CAG Support professional will provide operational coordination, executive meeting support, digital workspace management, administrative program support, portable audio/visual support, and front-office continuity for the Space Launch Delta 45 Commander’s Action Group. This position will serve as the primary contractor resource for the day-to-day operational and digital infrastructure supporting the CAG and Commander’s front office. The successful candidate must be highly organized, technically capable, comfortable supporting senior leaders, and able to coordinate multiple simultaneous administrative and operational requirements. Contractor personnel provide advisory support and do not act as final Government approval or decision-making authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate senior-level conferences, town halls, staff meetings, Patrick Operations Meetings, weekly engagement synchronization meetings, and other command events.
- Develop and distribute itineraries, agendas, preparation materials, attendee information, seating charts, nameplates, and related meeting-support products.
- Coordinate conference rooms, attendee check-in, distinguished visitor access, escorts, seating, and other event logistics.
- Set up, coordinate, and troubleshoot virtual and teleconference sessions on NIPRNET and SIPRNET.
- Use approved U.S. Space Force desktop applications and communications capabilities, including Microsoft Teams and Office applications, to support leadership engagements.
- Support meeting administration, attendance documentation, minutes, and follow-up action capture in coordination with the Task Management Senior.
- Set up, test, operate, and tear down Government-furnished portable A/V systems for command briefings, collaboration meetings, training events, promotions, retirements, and ceremonies.
- Track and coordinate military performance evaluations, decorations, retirement packages, and other Delta-level administrative programs supported by the Commander’s Admin Team.
- Provide administrative support to the Equipment Manager, Additional Duty Officer program coordinators, and Vehicle Cargo Officer as required.
- Create, organize, and maintain SLD 45 Teams pages, SharePoint sites, shared directories, and other document libraries.
- Ensure the currency, accuracy, organization, and appropriate protection of directories, briefings, business rules, and shared content.
- Ensure digital content and workflows comply with Information Protection, Controlled Unclassified Information handling, and security-classification requirements.
- Research, draft, and coordinate standard operating procedures and process updates supporting CAG operational, administrative, meeting, and digital workflows.
- Assess existing tools, processes, and business rules and recommend more efficient operational and digital workflows.
- Coordinate front-office facility maintenance requirements and routine suite operations.
- Track office-supply requirements and support preparation and routing of supply requests for Government approval.
- Perform basic operational support for shared office equipment to maintain day-to-day front-office continuity.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, communications, public administration, or a related discipline required.
Experience: Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience in executive support, operations coordination, program administration, knowledge management, event support, organizational management, military staff support, or related disciplines. Demonstrated experience supporting senior-level meetings, events, executive offices, administrative workflows, or headquarters operations. Experience maintaining digital collaboration environments, organizational content, shared repositories, or knowledge-management systems. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and execute time-sensitive requirements in a senior-leader environment.
Tools / Technical Proficiency:Required - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Preferred - Working knowledge of ETMS2, TMT, SIPR TMT, NIPRNET/SIPRNET environments, Microsoft Lists, Forms, Power Automate, portable A/V systems, and comparable collaboration or workflow technologies.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications: U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force command-staff experience, especially within a CAG/DAG, command section, protocol, executive services, headquarters staff, or senior-leader support environment

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required . This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
