The successful candidate must be capable of independently assessing incoming taskings, coordinating responses, maintaining leadership visibility, performing comprehensive quality control, and ensuring command products meet established suspenses and business rules. Contractor personnel provide advisory support and do not act as final Government approval or decision-making authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Enterprise Task Management Software 2 (ETMS2), Task Management Tool (TMT), SIPR TMT, organizational workflow email boxes, and other directed task-management systems on a daily basis.

  • Review incoming taskings for requirements, suspense dates, responsible organizations, coordination requirements, and expected deliverables.

  • Provide recommendations to Government staff regarding task assignment, routing, prioritization, and required revisions.

  • Maintain authoritative trackers for command taskings, suspense dates, status, coordination, and completion.

  • Coordinate staff responses across Delta organizations, subordinate squadrons, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of internal and external taskings.

  • Perform comprehensive quality-control reviews of correspondence and tasking products entering the SLD 45 Front Office.

  • Coordinate organizational inputs for recurring and ad hoc higher-headquarters reporting and ensure products are staffed in accordance with command suspense timelines.

  • Attend designated meetings, working groups, conferences, and technical exchanges and capture key discussion points and action items.

  • Develop and distribute meeting minutes documenting attendees, major discussion points, and clear action items within required timelines.

  • Track meeting-generated actions through completion and integrate them into applicable CAG task-management processes.

  • Support strategic presentations and communications by coordinating source material, staffing actions, edits, and suspense management.

  • Research, draft, coordinate, and maintain CAG standard operating procedures related to task management, correspondence, staffing, and action tracking.

  • Assess existing tools, business rules, and workflows and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, accountability, and leadership visibility.
