The Operations Support Analyst (OSA) is responsible for the oversight of three groups with Project Management Operations (PMO): 1) Administrative Support, 2) Project Support, and 3) Program Data Analytics, 4) Mobile Deployable Contract Program Analytics. The OSA will develop, maintain, and implement consistent processes for each of the three areas to maximize the organization's efficiencies.
Duties include:
1) Administrative support to the Land C5ISR programs and operations to include deliverable preparation for contract submittal and overhead requirements and tracking operational expenses.
2) Project support oversight including initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects or programs. Tracking progress to financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives. May support new business development activities and participate in developing strategic and financial plans for assigned business area.
3) Program data analytics including collaboration with Program / Project Financial Analyst, Project Support Analyst, and Program / Projects Managers using various enterprise datasets to develop and track program and operations performance and provide insights / feedback to the programs for areas of improvement.
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related experience
Knowledge of program control (financial analysis, data tracking, etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal and problem solving skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
PMP certification
Supervisory / team lead experience
Knowledge of Business Operations
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118747 - $201870
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
