Salesforce Developer
Remote

Blu Omega is seeking several Salesforce Developers to support the Air Force. This role is responsible for developing and supporting Salesforce-based solutions within a modernization and automation platform for the Air Force Permanent Change of Station (PCS) reimbursements. The position involves designing, building, testing, and deploying secure, scalable Salesforce applications, supporting integrations, and participating in Agile delivery processes.

Program Overview
The PCS program modernizes and automates Air Force technology using Salesforce and AWS, reducing reimbursement timelines and streamlining receipt and form digitization.

Key Details
Location: Remote
Clearance / Suitability: Candidates must be US Citizens, Air Force EOD eligible, as a precondition of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative tools
  • Support OmniStudio solutions, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs, platform events, and secure data exchange patterns
  • Conduct system assessments, process design, gap analysis, and workflow optimization
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance measurement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, user-focused solutions
  • Use Git for source control, branching, pull requests, and deployment workflows
  • Utilize Salesforce CLI for metadata development, testing, validation, and deployment

Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience supporting technology implementation projects
  • Hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience with Salesforce data models and platform security
  • Eligibility to obtain a DoD EOD clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD modernization initiatives
  • Experience with OmniStudio, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors
  • Familiarity with Git, DevOps practices, Python, or AWS

Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
