CenCore is seeking a TEMPEST RF Technician - ADF Secure Construction Expert to support the ADF program in Aurora, Colorado. This role is primarily focused on TEMPEST RF testing, technical support, secure facility evaluations, and customer accreditation activities. The position also supports secure construction-related responsibilities when needed, while keeping RF/TEMPEST work as the primary focus. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on RF experience, practical secure construction knowledge, and the ability to support mission-critical work in a cleared government environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and support RF and TEMPEST-related testing, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation for the ADF program.
  • Use RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, antennas, probes, receivers, and related diagnostic tools to assess RF performance, vulnerabilities, emissions, and compliance concerns.
  • Support secure facility work, SCIF build activities, site evaluations, and customer accreditation requirements.
  • Provide timely technical response to RF testing needs driven by ADF mission requirements and customer schedules.
  • Prepare technical reports, test results, findings, analysis summaries, and recommended courses of action for CenCore leadership and customer stakeholders.
  • Support RF and TEMPEST-related technical discussions with internal teams, customers, construction stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Develop practical recommendations to address RF-related issues during SCIF builds, inspections, testing events, and accreditation activities.
  • Coordinate with and at the direction of the CenCore Chief Security Officer, perform TEMPEST/RF testing plans, site assessments, corrective actions, and customer deliverables.
  • Perform Construction Surveillance Technician-related duties when needed, consistent with contract requirements and mission priorities.
  • Support other operations with RF/TEMPEST work when needed; most RF/TEMPEST work is expected to be performed at the ADF.
