Responsibilities
The Customer is the training enabler for knowledge, skills, and abilities related to Information Technology, digital acumen, innovation, and occupational tradecraft within the training organization. As a core element of the mindset and tradecraft, knowledge of and the ability to use information technology and innovation processes and tools is a key skill set for delivering defined, accelerated learning programs using a blended approach to a variety of learning experiences that focus on foundational tradecraft concepts, methods, and tools related to information systems, data, and processes.
The Customer is seeking an organized, proactive Project Integrator to oversee administrative activities related to acquiring and delivering digital learning content, participate in the development of both live and digital learning opportunities, and provide input to other components, Sponsor schoolhouses, and innovation accelerators on its design and delivery. Digital content may include AI/machine learning, cloud and mobile application tools, networking, telecommunications, and DTD support.
The Project Integrator shall be responsible for assisting data professionals across the Organization in baselining the foundational skills of several DDI occupations. The Project Integrator shall also work with DTD management to analyze data, map skills to learning content, and identify learning and skills gaps. Additionally, the Project Integrator shall assist in developing learning execution strategies to address these gaps through either the design and development of Sponsor-led course content or the acquisition and delivery of commercial content.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. - Develop and execute strategic plans related to baselining occupational training.
- Conduct needs assessments for baselined occupational training and identify relevant training content to satisfy skills development needs.
- Once occupational training has been baselined, develop learning strategies that enhance skills development through advanced training and learning events, at the Sponsor's direction.
- Coordinate training communications to create and disseminate information about digital acumen courses and learning content to the Agency and IC.
- Draft content for official communications (program calls, course advertisements, etc.).
- Brief Sponsor components on events and programs.
- Provide input to Instructional Designers related to the development of Sponsor-led online and classroom courses, events, and materials for new and existing learning opportunities.
- Work with Senior Leadership personnel to conceptualize and propose new courses that align with the training organization's digital acumen strategic framework.
- Research and propose external or commercial curriculum design, development, and instruction opportunities to add to the DOI-specific occupational curriculum.
- Provide input as needed while instructional designers, graphic designers, and web developers assist with developing and delivering Sponsor-led learning content (classroom courses, conferences, online modules, videos, podcasts, etc.).
- Solicit input from subject matter experts to ensure that course content is up-to-date and relevant to the needs of all Sponsor stakeholders.
- Conduct a baseline assessment related to digital training for selected DOI occupations. The assessment may contain quantitative and/or qualitative data. When said assessment is conducted, provide the Sponsor with a summary report detailing the results, identifying learning gaps, and making training recommendations.
- Once the assessment is completed, work with OTO personnel and other training tradecraft divisions to evaluate existing and new Sponsor-led courses (where applicable), making recommendations for course design enhancements and ensuring course/skills deconfliction related to training.
- Conduct research and outreach to identify and take advantage of commercial learning content or services that may fit Sponsor baseline requirements for learning.
- Provide the Sponsor with a monthly report on the status and progress of all innovation curriculum projects.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Ability to ensure information management systems meet corporate and Customer business needs.
- Knowledge of information management governance processes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
