Summary
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Federal Benefits & Work Life Specialist to provide expert guidance and processing support for federal employee benefits and retirement programs. The position supports FERS, CSRS, TSP, FEHB, FEGLI, Flexible Spending Accounts, Workers' Compensation, retirement estimates, service deposits, and related employee benefit programs.

Summary
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Federal Benefits & Work Life Specialist to provide expert guidance and processing support for federal employee benefits and retirement programs. The position supports FERS, CSRS, TSP, FEHB, FEGLI, Flexible Spending Accounts, Workers' Compensation, retirement estimates, service deposits, and related employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel federal employees on benefits and retirement programs.
- Support FERS and CSRS retirement programs.
- Provide guidance on TSP, FEHB, FEGLI, and Flexible Spending Accounts.
- Calculate retirement annuity estimates and service deposits.
- Perform military service deposit and civilian redeposit calculations.
- Support OWCP/FECA workers' compensation claim intake and processing.
- Maintain and update eOPFs.
- Use CHRIS and FHR Navigator for benefits and employee lifecycle processing.
- Coordinate benefit-related inquiries and provide timely responses.
- 6 years of professional experience in federal benefits and retirement administration.
- At least 4 years interpreting 5 U.S.C., Title 5 CFR, OPM guidance, and the OPM Retirement Handbook.
- Experience with complex retirement calculations and service deposit calculations.
- Experience with OWCP/FECA workers' compensation claims.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
- Federal Benefits Specialist Certification.
