Human Capital Data Analyst
We are seeking a Human Capital Data Analyst to support a critical National Security program. This role focuses on workforce analytics, data visualization, and HR data management to support human capital and workforce planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze workforce data related to hiring, retention, attrition, mobility, and workforce planning.
Build and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Clean, normalize, standardize, and integrate large/disparate datasets.
Manage relational databases and ensure data integrity.
Support surveys, data calls, and human capital initiatives across the Intelligence Community.
Present analytical findings clearly through written, verbal, and visual products.
Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Required
Experience with data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC).
Strong workforce/human capital analytics experience.
Advanced Excel and Tableau skills.
Experience with relational databases and data management.
Strong communication and data visualization skills.
