Job Description

Purpose and Scope:

Provides quality administrative support for the PSO Security Services Department. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the ID Badge Program to include creating and issuance of the ID badge and access control card (ACC), as required.
  • Maintain the database of all ID badge and CAC issued, lost, stolen and/or replaced.
  • Coordinate with vendor on repair of badge printer and access control system(s).
  • Update internal systems as required.
  • Compile documentation / process background check packages for US and non-US personnel as required prior to USG submission for CAC/system access approval.
  • Responsible for filing correspondence, updating, and maintaining personnel security files in accordance with NISPOM, Program Security Manager and Facility Security Officer (FSO).
  • Liaison with site administrators to obtain all required security documentation to meet PWS and NISPOM requirements.
  • Inputs all employees designated as a requirement into the SPOT system to generate LOA request and ensures accuracy of stored data.
  • Performs SPOT Administrator functions to include updating of all information regarding personnel in theatre arrival dates and terminations accordingly.
  • Manages data input in MP ICAM.
  • Coordinates with Trusted Agents and implements the renewal of Program wide Common Access Card/s (CAC/s) in MP ICAM.
  • Revokes MP ICAM accounts upon employee termination of employment.
  • Track the retrieval of the CACs upon termination of employment or non-requirement of credential.
  • Maintain PSO office Key Control as required.
  • Update the Program Export Control Administrator Appointment Letter. Ensure the newly appointed ECAs completed the mandatory ECA training and documentations and forward them to Trade Compliance Office.
  • Conduct self-audits and inspections of security files and system to ensure compliance with SOPs & WIs.
  • Forward SF 312 and other initial security documentation to FSO as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel, and Word programs.
  • Ability to effectively interact with co-workers required.
  • Ability to innovate and exercise sound judgment in defining and resolving complex and difficult tasks required.
  • Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in host country.


Required Baseline Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience


Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
  • OCONUS: Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable. Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
  • Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
  • Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
