WORK SCHEDULE: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, typically 0700–1700 local. The Government may shift hours, including weekends and holidays, to support training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop software solutions; investigate problem areas; follow the software development lifecycle
• Demonstrate software solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code
• Prepare and install software solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming

REQUIREMENTS:

• Secret clearance 
• Must be a U.S. Citizen 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 9+ years of experience in analyzing information, software design, software documentation, software testing, general programming skills, software development fundamentals, software development processes, software requirements, and software architecture.
• Experience with developing software solutions; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. 
• Experience demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. 
• Experience with preparing and installing solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. 
• In-depth knowledge of software design, testing, and development processes
• Strong programming skills with experience in analyzing information, investigating problem areas, and developing solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to convey complex ideas through clear code, diagrams, and written documentation.

$58 - $65 per hour
