Job Description
Position Responsibilities
Support configuration-management design, implementation, and lifecycle processes. • Maintain accurate IT asset and configuration records. • Coordinate configuration and asset changes across supported enterprise environments. • Support accountability and traceability of systems, components, and related assets.
Required Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics plus three (3) years of experience; or an Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of experience; or a major certification (for example, Microsoft Certified Software Engineer) plus seven (7) years of experience; or eleven (11) years of experience without a degree/certification.
Required Specialized Certification CompTIA Linux+ or ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or above).
Required Specialized Experience Two (2) years of configuration management design, implementation, and asset management experience; and two (2) years of direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems. Experience may be concurrent
