Job Description
Hybrid Analyst/Developer
As part of the advanced security operations team, you will drive mission-critical initiatives by utilizing your expertise in large language models (LLMs) and AI-integrated Python pipelines. Your role involves being involved in all stages of the development lifecycle for new tools and plugins, focusing on designing agentic Python automations, conducting vulnerability research, and managing customer outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that leverage autonomous planning and tool-use to streamline internal operations and improve system efficiency.
- Conduct security analysis to identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks.
Required Skills:
- Deep experience leveraging LLMs to solve complex problems, including expertise in prompt engineering and model optimization.
- Proven ability to integrate AI into automated pipelines and production workflows using APIs and orchestration tools.
- Strong Python experience for development and maintenance of automated workflows.
- Data parsing/manipulation skills.
- Familiarity with networking knowledge and protocols.
- Experience with open source research.
- Knowledge of end-to-end signals intelligence collection and analysis systems.
- Understanding of Git version control system.
- Proficiency with Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in offensive security operations capabilities and operations.
Experience Required: 12 years with Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or 16 years without degree

Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required
Salary Range: $204,000 - $247,000
