Summary
The MIL Corporation is seeking a Management Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate) to support a Federal Government client in Dunn Loring, VA. The ideal candidate will have broad familiarity across management domains, strong communication skills, experience learning and adopting modern technologies, and an understanding of Department of State (DoS) operations.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities
- Support financial management, human resources, procurement, and other administrative management domains.
- Execute, prepare, and distribute pre-configured financial and management reports.
- Assist with HR-related actions, documentation, and coordination.
- Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for staff and leadership.
- Contribute to the tracking, monitoring, and coordination of responses to management taskers to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate across multiple domains to gather requirements, improve processes, and support operational objectives.
- Engage with emerging technologies and digital tools to improve management workflows and enhance mission capabilities.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including with senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional work experience
- Broad familiarity with management-related domains such as financial management, HR, and purchasing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface across multiple leadership levels.
- Technologically curious mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps, Dataverse, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of the Department of State and its management culture.
- Experience within the Bureau of Diplomatic Security or familiarity with the T Directorate
- Knowledge of analytical techniques used to evaluate management functions or programs.
