Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Support acquisition and sustainment planning, strategy, and development activities for assigned PM MAGTF C2 teams.
  • Review and staff acquisition and sustainment documentation developed by program IPTs.
  • Perform compliance reviews of official correspondence and procurement documents within the assigned workstream.
  • Plan, draft, coordinate, track, and complete PdM taskers and responses to data calls.
  • Support meetings and IPTs through agenda development, minutes, action-item capture, coordination, publication after Government approval, and tracking to closure.
  • Maintain program records and input/retrieve program data in Government-approved systems as assigned.
  • Support strategic planning and configuration-management activities tied to project execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience planning benchmark: 8 years (Government example benchmark).
  • Education planning benchmark: Bachelor's degree shown in Government example.
  • No additional certification requirement is added in this draft because the reviewed source basis does not establish one for this position.
  • Candidate experience should substantively align to the PWS duties above; recruiters should screen for direct evidence of performing the work rather than relying on title match alone.

Security / Access / Work Conditions
  • Personnel must satisfy applicable DoD, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps personnel-security and system-access requirements for assigned duties.
  • The overall effort requires a Secret Facility Clearance and SIPRNet access. Exact individual clearance/access requirements should be confirmed against the final staffing assignment before an external posting states a specific clearance level.
  • Where the PWS explicitly identifies the work as on-site, the role is shown as on-site above. Other exact duty-location and schedule details should be inserted only after the staffing plan is confirmed.
