Drone Operator (Pipeline)

• Deploy and operate larger UAS ISR platforms capable of continuous aerial surveillance for designated protection zones.
• Provide real-time video, imagery, and sensor data to customer operations centers.
• Support sustained operations and 100% ISR coverage during designated protection periods.
• Deploy mobile UAS units within protection zones and maintain readiness for immediate launch.
• Support a rapid-response UAS launch within three minutes of request.
• Operate platforms equipped with high-resolution cameras, thermal imaging, and communications-relay capabilities.
• Support customer response teams during protection events.
• Integrate UAS data feeds with customer command-and-control infrastructure and support secure communications and data transmission.
• Support live video streaming and data distribution through VIDTERRA and TAK systems.
• Operate in limited or variable bandwidth environments using platform capabilities for adaptive streaming and data prioritization.
• Participate in interoperability testing with customer IT staff before each event.
• Participate in pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with customer stakeholders.
• Submit daily operational reports, incident logs, after-action reviews, and documentation of flight operations and system performance.
• Ensure operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, customer directives, federal law, and FAA regulations.

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• • Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
• • Required training and certifications specific to the UAS platforms being utilized.
• • Minimum Public Trust Clearance to be considered.
• • Ability to maintain documentation of certifications and training for customer inspection upon request.
• • Ability to comply with customer security protocols and information-handling requirements.
