Bryn Neil is looking for a Sr. MBSE to join our world-class engineering team. These engineers owns system architecture, modeling, requirements development, integration, and verification for mission-critical C4ISR capabilities that support national-level command-and-control.
The role is cross-functional: it interfaces with software, hardware, electrical, mechanical, and test engineering, driving system-level design across the entire lifecycle. This team is building an engineering capability from the ground up so this hire will have real influence, visibility, and growth.
Qualifications:
*10+ years of systems engineering experience
*5+ years of experience modeling in Cameo
*Technical B.S. degree
*Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
*Thorough understanding of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
