In this position you will be subject to work first, second, third, or weekend shift, as directed by the Aircraft Maintenance Manager. Individual must be able to depart on temporary duty assignments- on short notice. The individual will practice good housekeeping and follow safety procedures and ensure both programs are enforced.

Primary Level Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $95,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Your duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Collaborate with aviation supply for the receipt of ready for issue assets and consumable aviation materials for the customer.
- Collaborate with aviation supply for the turn in of non-ready for issues aviation materials for the customer.
- Responsible for the correct priority designation for aviation material that is ordered through the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of ALIS.
- Maintain and update aircraft records and status within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) of ALIS.
- Communicate with Maintenance leadership and Management to provide up to date information regarding material order and delivery status to facilitate maintenance planning.
- Responsible for the transmitting and receiving of Electronic Equipment Log (EEL) Sets for repairable aviation material.
- Collaborate with work center leadership for proper ordering and distribution of aviation material.
- Perform inventory and replenishment of unit pre-expenditure bin parts to ensure material is readily available.
- Collaborate with different supply entities to track shipping status and delivery status of aircraft material.
- Ability to maintain logbook entries accurately for receipt and delivery of aviation material to individuals.
- Collect supply chain and aircraft status data to update the Aviation Maintenance Supply Readiness Report (AMSRR) on a daily basis.
- Manage and execute the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process.
- Reconcile and manage aircraft material IOU report.
- Responsible for aircraft, engine, and lift fan accounting procedures and continual upkeep the accuracy of the F-35 Aircraft Electronic Logbook of associated EELs in accordance with Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP).
- Processing of engine transactions reports (ETR), end of the quarter (EOQ) reports, quarterly hours in life (QHIL) reports, and aircraft inventory readiness reporting system (AIRRS) data into appropriate Naval Aviation Logistics Data Analysis Integrated Data Environment (NALDAIDE).
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of Aviation Maintenance Data Specialist experience.
- A current Secret Clearance (or higher).
- Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance, as required.
- Willing/able to provide temporary support to our other CLS locations and/or emerging deployments.
- Willing/able to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
- Able to meet the physical demands of this position, including regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
- 4 or more years of F-35 Maintenance Data Specialist or Aircraft Material Expeditor experience.
- U. S. Navy or U. S. Marine Corps experience with thorough understanding of F-35 Fighter Aircraft Systems and operations under COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and 4790.35.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in a Military-focused Customer Service-Related Industry.
