• Duration: 6-Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to HR partner for employee concerns, conflict resolution, performance, and workplace culture.
• Conduct thorough, fair, and confidential investigations into employee complaints and policy violations.
• Advise leaders on corrective actions and promote positive working relationships.
• Monitor trends and proactively recommend ways to improve employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and best practices.
• Prepare clear, detailed documentation and investigation reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or similar field.
• 3-5 years' HR experience with strong focus in employee relations and investigations.
• Excellent knowledge of workplace laws, conflict resolution, and investigation practices.
• Strong communication, discretion, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive matters.

Bonus Points For:

• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
• Experience in regulated industries or multi-location organizations
• Training in workplace investigations
