MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Inventory Management Specialist Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive logistics support in accordance with the PWS.
- Track, control, and ensure accurate records for highly technical programs and projects.
- Ensure efficient storage and timely availability of products to meet business needs.
- Manage receiving and shipping operations to support program execution.
- Collaborate across directorates to align logistics support with organizational objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Applied working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and associated automated/manual supply systems to ensure adherence to equipment serviceability standards.
- Consistently provided a high level of customer service, resulting in positive and productive user interactions.
- Experience providing on-call support, including weekends as required, to ensure continuous operational readiness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency with specialized automated logistics and inventory management software platforms.
- Demonstrated experience streamlining receiving and shipping processes for highly technical projects.
- Exceptional capability in managing cross-directorate logistics coordination in fast-paced environments.
Clearance Requirements:
- Candidates must possess active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and related equipment.
- Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, and be able to successfully exchange accurate information in these situations.
