Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented XE Strategic Communications Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implement and facilitate strategic communications in support of DoD customer, enabling strategic, operational, and tactical communication efforts to enhance internal and external messaging and outreach.
- Coordinate and execute marketing communication initiatives, including public relations, special events management, advertising, and brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain communication standards across multiple channels such as periodicals, web services, publications, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Support the development and distribution of news and informational content for internal and external audiences.
- Produce and disseminate communications products and services in accordance with applicable service level agreements.
- Assist the Public Affairs Office in documenting strategic, operational, and tactical engagements.
- Utilize standard operating procedures to support operational efficiency and continuity of operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in strategic communications or a similar field, 8-10 years with a BA/BS, or 6-8 years with an MA/MS/MBA.
- Demonstrated experience in Intelligence or Cyberspace communications.
- Experience applying Federal and/or DoW/DoD policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing digital platforms and web services to amplify strategic messaging and outreach.
- Demonstrated capability in orchestrating high-visibility special events and comprehensive brand awareness campaigns within a defense environment.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex intelligence or cyberspace concepts into clear, impactful publications and presentations for senior leadership.
Clearance Requirements:
- Candidates must possess an active Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and related equipment.
- Must frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, and you must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
