Job Description:
Seeking a business-minded Business Data Analyst to dig deep into operational data, uncover efficiencies, and drive strategic decision-making across our MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) organization. In this high-impact role, you will be more than a report builder-you will act as an investigative problem solver analyzing how our business operates, directly shaping the depth and range of a $27M+ inventory portfolio supporting a fleet of 450+ aircraft.
Your Challenges:
Data Analysis and Reporting: 50%
Validates, organizes and assembles raw data into a monthly report for management
Analyses raw data and formulates strategies in an effort to identify cost drivers, increase stock accuracy and efficiency while reducing inventory/logistic cost and mitigating performance penalty risks
Establishes, measures and reports key performance metrics relating to the overall cost drivers, stock availability, efficiency and forecast accuracy
Data Collection and Management: 30%
Coordinates the regular exchange of data across multiple platforms both internally and externally
Consolidates all relevant raw data to one central organized location
Performs regular validation across all platforms to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Establishes and maintains data repository via internal platform (i.e. Skywise, AppSheet)
Forecast Management: 20%
Ensures that MRO forecast requirements are communicated across all relevant entities (i.e. AH Germany, Global Supply Chain, Procurement…) and implemented as identified through validated analysis
Tracks and coordinates forecasted removals, repairs and material requirements for all TBO (Time Between Overhaul) and SLL (Service Life Limit) assets with their applicable repair locations (i.e. external suppliers, AH Germany, DCR…)
Coordinates and deliver and maintain quarterly (or as needed) forecast requirements with global supply chain, key vendors, and company partners

Physical Requirements:
Onsite or remote: 100% Onsite, minimal travel
Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings. Daily
Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds on the production floor including safety warnings or alarms. Daily
Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications. Daily
Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. Daily
Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 5-10lbs/2-5kgs. Daily
Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 5-10lbs/2-5kgs. Daily
Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. Occasionally
Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer. Daily
Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving. Occasionally
Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor. Several times a week
Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice. Occasionally
Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. Daily
Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
