Job Description
This person will help build, test, and maintain the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software. Work closely with development, and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and improve deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with Ansible, and passionate about automation and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is $161,000 - $193,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. Responsibilities:
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues
- Design, build, and maintain internal platforms that support application development and deployment
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows
Required Skills
- Must have experience with Linux
- IAT Level 1
- 10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree is required
- 14 years of Platform Engineer experience without a degree can be substituted
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
