You will own end-to-end facilitation of requests for new technologies and architecture reviews, while proactively monitoring industry, functional, and technology trends - bringing forward actionable recommendations without being asked.
Key responsibilities include:
- Independently scope and drive ambiguous problems from discovery through resolution, with minimal supervision
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and surface issues, risks, or opportunities before they become blockers
- Build and maintain relationships across teams to stay ahead of business needs and create alignment proactively
- Analyze and document complex end-to-end business processes, translating them into clear flow diagrams with swimlanes that stakeholders at all levels can act on
- Iterate rapidly on artifacts based on stakeholder feedback, treating documentation as a living deliverable rather than a one-time output
- Verify that all artifacts - process flows, user stories, requirements docs - accurately reflect current business needs, and proactively update them as processes evolve
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to validate that documented requirements match real-world workflows, closing gaps before they reach development
- Leverage tools where appropriate to accelerate analysis, documentation, and process mapping - applying sound judgment to validate outputs, ensure accuracy, and maintain accountability for all deliverables
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal direction
- Strong experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements
- Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - comfortable influencing at all levels
- Experience translating complex processes into clear, actionable documentation including flow diagrams, swimlane charts, and user stories
- A track record of treating documentation as a living asset - keeping artifacts accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where requirements evolve
Nice to Have
- Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or technology industry
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks or technology governance processes
