Infor WFM Functional Analyst
Location: Remote

Job Description:
The Infor WFM Functional Analyst is responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration of Infor WFM modules. This role ensures the system design fully aligns with operational processes, labor rules, and compliance constraints.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead design workshops, document functional specifications, and create solution design artifacts.
- Configure system rules, schedule policies, pay rules, organizational structures, and business process workflows.
- Perform functional prototyping, demos, and design walkthroughs with stakeholders.
- Validate configuration through hands-on testing and partner with technical teams to resolve system issues.
- Support data mapping, data validation, and parallel comparisons during mock conversions.
- Support deployment planning.
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of Infor WFM functional experience.
- Strong knowledge in one or more modules (T&A, Scheduling, Forecasting/Analytics, Workbrain rules).
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and configuration.
- Business Requirements Analysis, Functional Test Planning, Data Mapping, Process Optimization, Stakeholder Engagement.
