Job Description
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Review investigative reports performed by DCSA for completion and further action needed.
Conduct telephone interviews for reference checks, employment verification and education verification.
Evaluate derogatory information, perform case analysis and write recommendation(s) for Federal staff to review and complete (as necessary) and make final decision.
Scan appropriate Adjudication documents for input into Security Manager."
Required Skills:
Prior personnel security experience required
Strong preference for candidates with previous federal contracting experience
Strong oral and written communications skills required
Strong MS Office skills required "

Demonstrate exceptional customer-focused solutions
Attention to detail and positive demeanor
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work with personnel from all levels of an organization
Ability to complete multiple projects and client deliverables with minimal direction or oversight
