Location: Chantilly, VA (On-site)

Position Overview
Stillwater Human Capital is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This position plays an important role in ensuring a positive and efficient recruiting experience by providing administrative and operational support throughout the recruiting process.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Previous experience supporting Talent Acquisition or recruiting operations is helpful but not required. Candidates with strong administration, customer service, data entry, or coordination experience are encouraged to apply.
This role will be a 6-month temp-to-perm with a client in Chantilly, VA. This position will be in-office for 5 days a week.

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Stillwater considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to recruiters, recruiting managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, calendar management, interview details, and candidate follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting systems.
- Perform data entry and review recruiting documentation for completeness and accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders while providing a positive customer service experience.
- Assist with job postings, candidate pipeline activities, resume organization, and other recruiting-related administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and other Talent Acquisition documentation.
- Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, special projects, and additional Talent Acquisition activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administrative, customer service, office support, coordination, or similar professional experience.
- Strong computer and technology literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience supporting Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting, Staffing, or Recruiting Operations.
