Description:

This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in GPS cryptography and modernization efforts for military applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cryptographic systems, GPS signal structure, and modern cryptographic protocols used in military GPS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement cryptographic solutions for military GPS systems
• Analyze and assess vulnerabilities in existing GPS cryptographic systems
• Participate in the development and testing of new cryptographic algorithms for GPS applications
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate cryptographic solutions into GPS systems
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
• Ensure compliance with military standards and regulations for cryptographic systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GPS systems and cryptography
• Experience with cryptographic protocols such as AES, RSA, ECC, and Diffie-Hellman
• Knowledge of GPS signal structure and modern GPS architectures
• Experience with cryptographic hardware and software implementations
• Strong mathematical background with experience in number theory, algebra, and probability
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph may be required.
