Summary:
• Lead software engineering teams in the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of complex software systems.
• Oversee advanced algorithm development, large-scale data manipulation, and high-performance processing analytics.
• Guide software lifecycle processes, perform system requirements synthesis, and uphold rigorous quality control standards.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $346k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Serve as the technical lead for multiple software development teams, delegating tasks and monitoring execution.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software applications, real-time systems, and business management information systems.
• Evaluate system architecture, including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS integration versus custom development.
• Recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering processes for complex software initiatives.
• Review, test, and validate software components to ensure strict adherence to design requirements and resolve problem reports.
• Direct software quality assurance practices across all development lifecycles.
