Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Perform Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) responsibilities across large-scale distributed architectures.
• Validate and verify security requirements, establish robust system security designs, and apply the Risk Management Framework.
• Perform vulnerability and penetration testing utilizing tools such as Nessus, NMAP, and Wireshark.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $235k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Validate and verify system security requirements and establish system security designs for large-scale, geographically distributed systems.
• Identify, recommend, and implement enterprise information security architectures, technical solutions, and standards.
• Assess and mitigate system security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks throughout the program lifecycle using RMF.
• Lead and contribute to security planning, risk management, security control assessment, and continuous monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with Agile development, system engineering, and test teams to ensure hardware/software implementations adhere to security compliance policies.
• Audit and evaluate system security configurations, critical software, web services, PKI, and cryptographic implementations.
• Provide software configuration management support for security-relevant assets and conduct security verification testing.
