Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, including deepening current client engagements and establishing relationships with new buyers, stakeholders, and prospective clients
- Achieve annual growth and headcount expansion goals within assigned accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with client-side program managers, CORs, executives, and hiring managers
- Qualify and prioritize new task orders, job requisitions, and contract modifications
- Ensure delivery teams and recruiters are aligned on client expectations and program needs
- Coach and support clients throughout the contract and delivery lifecycle
- Conduct regular site visits and consultant check-ins to support retention and engagement
- Generate leads within accounts and prepare effective client-facing proposals
- Proactively market well-qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers
- Support pricing strategy and margin management to ensure profitability
- Partner with AR, finance, and contracts teams to resolve operational issues with clients
- Track consultant utilization, provide status updates, and manage performance escalations
- Act as the voice of the client internally to support successful outcomes across engagements
- 5+ years of experience in federal staffing, consulting, or delivery leadership
- Experience managing accounts, delivery performance, and program teams
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement, program delivery, and staffing models
- Exceptional communication, client engagement, and team coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Management experience
