Job Description
This is a part-time (20-hour) position. COLSA Corporation is seeking an Acquisition Program Management Principal to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Cyber and Networks Directorate (HN), C3I and Infrastructure Division (HNI), supporting Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. Telework is subject to Government approval and may be modified or revoked at any time based on mission requirements.

- Investigate, analyze, plan, evaluate, draft, and recommend solutions in support of complex program and project efforts.
- Provide expert-level analysis, issue resolution, and recommendations to achieve desired program outcomes.
- Apply broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, including acquisition management and modernization planning.
- Apply subject matter expertise in acquisition management, program management, budget and financial principles and methodologies, modernization planning, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- Review initial and revised acquisition documentation from an enterprise-level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on acquisition documentation to add value from an enterprise perspective and facilitate an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and a minimum of 16 years of general work related experience, including at least 10 years of acquisition program management experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of the DoD 5000 acquisition framework within an Air Force environment.
- Subject matter expertise in Air Force acquisition and program management, including budget and financial management principles and methodologies, modernization planning, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active/current DoD SECRET security clearance required.
