We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Electronics Engineer to join our fast-moving Sentinel program. In this role, you'll dive into the integration, testing, and troubleshooting of cutting-edge, flight-critical electronic systems that protect our nation's safety. You'll work side-by-side with a dynamic, collaborative team of top engineers, leveraging the latest technologies to solve complex challenges and deliver reliable, mission-essential hardware. If you thrive in a high-impact environment, love turning intricate problems into elegant solutions, passionate about design and test, and want to make a tangible contribution to national security, we want you on our team!

As a Senior Electronics Engineer on the Sentinel program, you will be at the heart of the development and sustainment of mission-critical flight electronics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Test development & execution - designing and implementing hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and flight-grade test plans, running automated and manual test campaigns, and analyzing results to validate performance and reliability.

Troubleshooting & root-cause analysis - diagnosing failures in prototype and production units, using tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers, then developing corrective actions and design improvements.

Cross-functional collaboration - working closely with systems engineers, software developers, mechanical designers, and program managers to resolve integration issues, track schedule milestones, and maintain clear communication across the team.

Subcontracts support - travel to work with our subcontractor in support of sensor development and manufacturing.

Mentorship opportunity - work closely with top engineers on the team and gaining knowledge that will set you up for future growth opportunities.

Key activities you will accomplish in this role:

Develop and execute integration test plans to verify functional performance and environmental robustness.

Perform detailed troubleshooting of prototype and flight-qualified hardware, using diagnostic equipment to isolate root causes and implement fixes in a time-critical environment.

Work on a cross-functional team in the development and integration of world class avionics systems.

Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives, recommending tooling upgrades, process enhancements, and automation to increase test efficiency and product reliability.

To be effective in this role, you will need:

Prior experience testing electronics hardware and comfortable using test equipment in a laboratory setting

Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to develop complex solutions to complex problems

Experienced with designing, simulating, and testing digital, analog, mixed-signal, or system-level hardware

Demonstrated good communication with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers

Ability to support domestic travel up to 25% of the time

Currently holds an active US Security Secret Clearance
