Job Description

We bring SME-level expertise and over five decades of combined industry knowledge and Talent Acquisition experience. We believe in getting it right for our customers and our country.

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who will be responsible for shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our audience, then translate those insights into wireframes and interactive prototypes. Your work will focus on creating cohesive, human-centered interfaces that ensure consistency and usability across multiple applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement intuitive solutions that address real user problems.

To excel in this position, you should be comfortable working with modern front-end technologies such as React and Next.js, as well as foundational web languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Proficiency with design tools and a strong grasp of color theory and grid systems will enable you to craft visually appealing layouts.
